Aqueduct slots meeting scratched

Queens community leaders — worried that the controversial Aqueduct deal could blow up — have canceled a scheduled meeting tonight with Aqueduct Entertainment Group, the politically wired firm chosen to operate casino slots at the race track, The Post has learned.

Community Board 10 initially scheduled AEG to present its plans for the Aqueduct racino at its monthly meeting tonight. But board chairwoman Betty Bratton called off the AEG session, following accusations that the selection was rigged.

State and federal authorities are probing the bidding process overseen by Gov. Paterson and legislative leaders.

The AEG consortium includes powerhouse Queens minister and ex-Congressman Floyd Flake, a Paterson pal who was recently subpoenaed as part of the probe.
