Add Hofstra to the list of local teams participating in the postseason.
The Pride (19-14) have accepted a bid to play in the third annual College Basketball Invitational, and will play host to IUPUI at 7 p.m. in the tournament’s first round Wednesday night.
If Hofstra wins, they will play Duquesne or Princeton next Monday.
The 16-team tournament is a single-elimination tournament up until the finals, which is a best-of-three series. Each game of the tournament takes place at a home arena.
