The 81-year-old nephew of legendary Murder Inc. boss Albert Anastasia was sentenced yesterday to 2½ years in federal prison for arson, extortion and racketeering.
A Brooklyn jury convicted Gambino goon Anthony Anastasio last October of conspiring to burn down a Staten Island Dunkin Donuts for the insurance. The fire nearly killed a family of four.
Anthony Anastasio was ordered to pay the displaced family $10,200, repay the insurance firm $123,112 within four years, and surrender himself to authorities on April 26.
