Guy is home ‘free’!

College senior Adam Venckauskas doesn’t have a job lined up yet, but finding an apartment won’t be a problem — he’s just won a $1.5 million luxury condo in the city.

With a single mouse click, the 21-year-old University of Central Florida student scored beautiful new digs at the W New York Hotel in the Financial District — although he will have to come up with $1,400 a month in taxes and maintenance.

He hit the real-estate jackpot by entering HGTV’s Urban Oasis giveaway, and yesterday was handed the keys — and the deed — to his new 900-square-foot pad, designed by HGTV star Vern Yip.

He also won a new Acura ZDX.

“I don’t know. It’s just amazing,” Venckauskas said as he walked into the fully furnished digs, which offer sweeping views of the harbor and the Statue of Liberty.

“It’s perfect. After I graduate, I’m definitely coming up here.”

The ecstatic civil-engineering major won’t be throwing wild parties at his new spread just yet.

“I’ve got to focus on school work, but whenever I have a long weekend, I’ll come up,” he said. “Everything is modern, and it’s great. This could feel like home.”

His name was randomly drawn from more than 15.5 million entries, including that of his mother, who first urged him to sign up.

“I entered in every single day of the contest, and he entered it just once,” Genevieve Venckauskassaid.

“I think I’m off the hook for Adam’s graduation present.”

Adam Venckauskas now just has to find work in the Big Apple so he can cover the all the expenses of living in the city.

The visit to the new home marked Venckauskas’ first trip to New York City, and HGTV President Jim Samples was thrilled to provide the occasion.

“The first time he sees the Statue of Liberty is literally sitting on his own bed,” Samples said.
