James Bond star Daniel Craig and actress Rachel Weisz were married in a secret ceremony in New York, a rep for Weisz told Us Weekly on Saturday.
The unnamed rep said the couple wed Friday in upstate New York, while British newspaper News of the World reported they wed on Wednesday at a friend’s house with only four guests present — two family friends, Craig’s 18-year-old daughter Ella and Weisz’s four-year-old son Henry.
Craig, 43, and Weisz, 41, reportedly met last fall on the set of “Dream House,” a thriller scheduled for release in September in which they play a husband and wife.
Craig’s extensive acting career spans some two decades but he has achieved global fame for taking on the role of 007, while Weisz is widely known for starring in “The Mummy” movie franchise.
