Wall Street Journal reporter goes missing in New Jersey

A massive search is under way after a reporter for The Wall Street Journal went missing in New Jersey.

David Bird, 55, disappeared after going on a walk near his home in Long Hill Township Saturday ­afternoon, the Journal ­reported.

Some 100 cops and volunteers have scoured the area to search for the journalist.

Bird, a veteran reporter at the paper, was suffering from a virus, his wife said.
