Cops investigating the disappearance of an autistic boy swarmed a Greenwich Village address Sunday after a possible sighting.
After a man on the street told police that he thought he saw 14-year-old Avonte Oquendo shortly after 8 a.m., investigators visited an apartment building at 88 Greenwich St. and asked for the surveillance video.
But a concierge at the building said the camera was not pointed at the street and didn’t pick up any activity outside.
Avonte was last seen on a surveillance video leaving the Center Boulevard School in Long Island City, Queens, at 12:30 p.m Oct. 4.
