Cops cuff 2 in violent robbery spree

Cops have arrested two men wanted in connection with several violent Brooklyn robberies, where victims were viciously beaten with a blunt object and punched before having their belongings stolen.

Kareem Ahmed, 17, and Kareem Adbul Moazb, 20, were both slapped with numerous charges after police say the two went on a violent robbery spree that involved eight incidents in one night.

According to authorities, Ahmed and Moazb began their crime spree on Oct. 5 at 2:00 a.m., when they attacked a 24-year-old in Borough Park and stole his wallet and iPhone.

Police say the two continued their violent  spree for the next several hours, sending three victims to Lutheran Hospital and making off with several hundred dollars, headphones and cell phones, according to police.

Ahmed was charged with several counts of grand larceny, robbery, criminal possession of stolen property, robbery, and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Moazb was hit with the same set of charges, as well as one count of violating a traffic control device.

Both suspects were apprehended on Tuesday in a 2013 Nissan Altima, which was stolen on October 14, 2013, according to authorities.
