The firm 1 Model Management has filed suit against rival firm DNA, charging the company is using inside info to swipe its leggy lovelies.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, 1MM says DNA Model Management hired one of its former bookers, Vivien Wang, despite a noncompete agreement and now up-and-coming model Denisa Dvorokova is following Wang out the door.

Wang worked at the agency until May, and had “full access to all confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets,” the suit says. When she quit, she signed an agreement that she would not work for any of 1MM’s competitors for one year – but within a month, she was working at DNA, the suit said.

Since then, Wang was “actively involved” in wooing Dvorokova.

“One Model honors its contracts and takes very seriously the contracts it enters into with its employees,” said company lawyer Ken Sussmane. A DNA representative did not immediately return a call for comment.
