HARD HAT IN DEATH FALL

A construction worker fell six stories to his death from the roof of a Greenwich Village building, authorities said. The man in his 40s and whose name was withheld, landed in back of 168 W. 4th St. shortly before 7 p.m.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Cops were looking into the possibility that he may have been playfully wrestling with a co-worker before he fell. Neighbors said workers were resurfacing bricks on the building.
