SHOOT TEEN CURSES JURY

A 16-year-old Harlem gang member cursed out the prosecutor and the jury yesterday as he was convicted of shooting five rival teens during a shoot-’em-up last Memorial Day in Marcus Garvey Park.

Kahree Frye, 16, faces up to 40 years in prison when he’s sentenced next month.

His alleged fellow gunman, Davon Baley, 14, is also on the hook for another shooting and a knifing.

The two were members of a teen gang that called itself “2 Deep.”

As the jury foreman pronounced him guilty of attempted murder, assault and weapons possession, Frye cursed out his prosecutor, Dafna Yoran, and called the jurors “dumb f—ers.”

Frye might have gotten away with the shooting, since his victims initially refused to cooperate. He was caught only after he was shot and enraged his victims by fingering one of them as the shooter.
