The rogue ad exec who had “Poster Boy’s” crew go ninja on a MoMA subway campaign he was hired to coordinate could end up paying a heavy price for his poor judgment.
Douglas Jaeger, CEO of The Happy Corp. and a member of MoMA’s marketing advisory board, yesterday sheepishly admitted he was “at risk of losing a client” but declined to elaborate.
Cops are also weighing criminal charges against Jaeger for Saturday’s 2 a.m. vandalism at Brooklyn’s Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street subway station, a police source said.
MTA and museum officials were furious at the slice-and-dice subway stunt.
Jaeger, 33, admitted he stood by wearing a MoMA jacket while the crew of “Poster Boy” – whose real name is Henry Matyjewicz – rearranged the artwork into their own creations.
The sliced posters were replaced by Wednesday.
