YOUNG BUC’S NEW RAPS

The feds unveiled a raft of new charges yesterday against the alleged ringleader of the Somali pirate crew that hijacked an American freighter and took its captain hostage.

Abduwali Abdukhadir Muse, 18, was hit with a 10-count Manhattan federal-court indictment that alleges he held a machine gun on Maersk Alabama skipper Richard Phillips after forcing him onto a life boat in the Indian Ocean.

“Muse used a radio to communicate with representatives of the United States government and threatened to kill the captain unless his demands were satisfied,” the indictment says.

Phillips was rescued when Navy SEAL sharpshooters killed the other three pirates on April 12, ending the four-day ordeal off the coast of Somalia.

Muse — who was all smiles when he arrived in New York last month, but broke down in tears during his first court appearance — is scheduled for arraignment tomorrow.
