Starr report

Charlie Sheen’s legal woes, and his current stint in rehab, have only strengthened viewership for his CBS sitcom, “Two and a Half Men.” Not only did “Men” hit a three-year high in adults 18-49 Monday night — and average a winning 17.5 million viewers — but it’s also thriving in syndication. For the week ending Feb. 28, “Men” averaged nearly 9 million viewers to finish third behind only “Wheel of Fortune” and “Jeopardy!” in syndication.

Disney Channel’s “Hannah Montana,” meanwhile, also continues to go great guns. Part 1 of the show’s two-part Season 3 finale, which aired Sunday night, scored Disney Channel’s best numbers ever at 7:30 p.m. (6.3 million viewers).

And LA cop drama “Southland,” seeking new life on TNT after being axed by NBC, averaged 2.5 million viewers in its first “new” episode March 2 — up from the 1.7 million viewers it averaged over six NBC “encore” episodes that aired on TNT.

She’ll drive a “high-performance” Toyota Scion tC. Sumpter, by the way, co-stars in the upcoming big-screen flick, “Stomp The Yard 2: Homecoming.”
