Oprah lands Palin

SARAH Palin will finally appear on “The Oprah Winfrey Show.”

Winfrey has snared the first TV sitdown with Palin, the former Alaskan governor and GOP vice presidential candidate, to promote her new book, “Going Rogue: An American Life.”

The interview will air Nov. 16.

In Sept. ’08, Winfrey set off a mini-controversy when she said she wouldn’t interview Palin on “Oprah” because she pledged not to discuss politics on the show after publicly endorsing Barack Obama (who hadn’t visited “Oprah” since 2007).

At the time, Winfrey said she wasn’t snubbing Palin — and would be happy to have her on the show after the election was over.
