Actor Jeremy Piven’s model ex-girlfriend slapped a sexual-harassment suit against her former supervisor at a French bistro in Midtown — claiming he touched her, asked her detailed questions about her love life and made lewd comments about her body.
“I couldn’t stand going to work anymore because this guy was trying to sleep with me,” blond bombshell Ashley Chontos, 24, told The Post yesterday about manager Daniel Koch at Jour et Nuit on West 58th Street.
She started working as a waitress at the restaurant in 2007 and soon began a relationship with the 28-year-old Koch. After she ended the affair in January 2008, she said, Koch turned into a nightmarish boss and fired her a month later.
“He texted me often and asked me about my boyfriend and said he would treat me better,” said Chontos, whose attorney, Matthew Blit of Levine & Blit, filed the suit on April 2 seeking $2 million.
At his Chelsea home yesterday, Koch had the doorman say he wasn’t home.
