A man attempting to cross subway tracks in Tribeca was fatally struck by a train early Saturday, cops said.
The 43-year-old man tried to walk across from the southbound platform when he was hit by a No. 2 train at the Canal Street station at around 2:30 a.m., according to police.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, cops said. His name was withheld pending family notification.
