“Mauve” over, Miss Piggy!
She’s way too hot for voiceovers or cameos, but actress Salma Hayek took a small role in the new kids flick “Muppets Most Wanted” — on the advice of her 6-year-old daughter, Valentina.
“The Muppets was for Valentina,” Hayek told NewBeauty magazine in its new Spring-Summer issue. “Same with ‘Puss and Boots’ — thank you, Valentina, for that one! It did so well and now we are going to do a second.”
The 47-year-old star also dished to the magazine about an upcoming role in which she gets to play royalty.
“Right now, I’m doing a project I’m very excited about because I am playing a European queen. And when you’re Mexican, the closest thing you usually get to playing a queen is queen of the drug cartel,” she quipped, without naming the project.
