A man was arrested yesterday for fatally stabbing his brother in the neck, police said.

Jamel Staton was picked up after a deadly dispute with Oufmon Staton, 35, in an apartment in the Brownsville Houses on Blake Avenue at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday, cops said.

Jamel allegedly plunged the blade into Oufmon’s neck, sending the victim running to his mother’s nearby apartment for help, police sources said.

The mom called 911, and Oufmon was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Jamel Staton was slapped with charges of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

A thief broke into a car in Williamsburg and made off with pricey cycling clothes, police sources said.

The crook smashed the passenger-side window of the tan 2005 Toyota at about 9 a.m. April 15 on Dunham Place near Broadway, the sources said.

Stolen were a wind vest, Sidi cycling shorts, Rapha cycling jersey and shorts, tool bag and Patagonia duffel bag, with combined value of almost $2,000.

The thief got away.

A Park Slope man was busted after he flew into a rage at his mom’s house, law-enforcement sources said.

Allen Hayes, 21, and his mother began clashing at about 12:30 a.m. Monday over his going in and out of her Pacific Street house to smoke weed and having company over, the sources said.

When she went into her bedroom, he allegedly kicked the door open, pushed her to the floor and punched her boyfriend, who was calling 911.

By the time police arrived, he was gone, but cops later found him on Flatbush Avenue near Fourth Street, and arrested him.

He was charged with two counts of assault, criminal mischief, attempted assault, menacing and harassment, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

Staten Island

A suspected burglar (pictured) is wanted for breaking into an MTA bus-depot office in Great Kills, police said.

The thief somehow got into the building at Wainwright and Richmond Avenues at about 2 a.m. April 20 and stole a set of keys, police said.

He used those keys to gain access to another office, where he stole an HP computer monitor before fleeing the scene, police said.

The suspect is in his early 20s, 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds, police said.

A motorist was busted in Eltingville for drunkenly driving his luxury SUV in reverse down a busy street, authorities said.

Lawrence Febbraro, 56, was spotted by cops backing his 2013 Audi Q5 along the middle lane of Hylan Boulevard near William Avenue just before midnight Friday, law-enforcement sources said.

Febbraro blew a .151 on a Breathalyzer — almost double the legal limit of .08, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

He was arrested on two counts of DWI, according to a spokesman for District Attorney Daniel Donovan.

A man was busted for threatening his pal with a gun in St. George, authorities said.

Albert Williams, 33, and the victim got into a spat in the suspect’s home on Brook Street near Fremont Street at about 1:10 a.m. Sunday, authorities said.

Williams allegedly pointed a black pistol at his friend, and snarled, “I’m going to f–k you up, I’m going to shoot you, I’m going to take you out!”

The man was not injured, and cops arrested Williams at the scene.

He was charged with menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, and harassment. Bail was set at $2,500.

The Bronx

All this over cookies and a bagel.

Police nabbed a hothead who robbed a Castle Hill deli, authorities said.

Jeremy Cruz, 24, decided to help himself to a snack inside the store on Castle Hill Avenue near Cincinnatus Avenue at 1 a.m. Monday, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

The thief grabbed a package of cookies, a bagel and a bottle of water and tried to leave the store without paying, the complaint says.

When the store clerk tried to block the hungry crook from leaving, the suspect lashed out and punched the worker in the shoulder, the complaint alleges.

“I don’t care, f–k you! Come outside — I’m going to f–k you up,” Cruz yelled at the man before fleeing, according to the complaint.

He was arrested a short time later on charges of robbery, menacing, harassment and other charges.
