Amanda Bynes today accused the NYPD of sexual harassment, claiming the cop who arrested her for allegedly tossing a bong out the window of her Times Square apartment “lied” about it and was “creepy.”

The troubled starlet told her Twitter followers, “Don’t believe the reports about me being arrested. It’s all lies.

“I was sexually harassed by one of the cops the night before last which is who then arrested me,” she posted on the micro-blogging website.

“He lied and said I threw a bong out the window when I opened the window for fresh air. Hilarious.”

Bynes, 27 — who appeared in court yesterday wearing a tangled peroxide-blond wig and sweat pants — said the cop “slapped my vagina” and that’s why she “called the cops on him.”

“He handcuffed me, which I resisted, quite unlike any of the reports stated,” she continued. “Then I was sent to a mental hospital. Offensive.”

Bizarrely, the former Nickelodeon actress said cops wouldn’t let her call her lawyer — and that police found no pot on her.

“That’s why the judge let me go,” she tweeted. “Don’t believe any reports.”

Police sources said NYPD is aware of Bynes’ claims and the Internal Affairs Bureau is looking into the matter.

The officers who responded to the actress’ apartment were with the building manager at the time, who told NYPD officials that cops acted professionally when they responded, sources said.

He parents, meanwhile, are trying to have her committed — but despite her bizarre antics lately, she’s just not crazy enough.

Rick and Lynn Bynes, who live in Los Angeles, fear their troubled daughter might be “bipolar and schizophrenic” but she has so far refused to undergo psychiatric testing, TMZ reported.

Her odd behavior has not escalated to the point where a judge could establish an involuntary conservatorship, the website reported.

Friends say the former Nickelodeon actress is in denial about her alleged drug troubles after she took it to Twitter to claim she has “never had a bong” in her life.

“You need nothing but a healthy mind set!” tweeted friend Jonathan Jaxson, who called Bynes out on her claim. “We love you!!!”

Bynes was picked up by cops on Thursday after staff at her Times Square building reported she allegedly rolled and lit a joint in the lobby.

Uniformed cops smelled pot “emanating” from her apartment and, when they confronted Bynes about a bong on the kitchen counter, she picked it up and threw it out the window, court records show.

She tried to pass off the object as “just a vase,” sources said.

Bynes faces misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment, attempted tampering with physical evidence and unlawful possession marijuana.
