Wearing his distinctive Help for Heroes hoodie, Lee Rigby orders a pizza in the final image of him before his death.
CCTV pictures show Lee making one of his regular trips to The Kebab Ye opposite the barracks at 9.23pm on the night before he was killed.
He jokes with staff and plays on the fruit machine as he waits for the chef to cook his favourite thin crust pepperoni. Lee was hacked to death just yards away the next day.
Devastated boss Oner Arslanboga said: “Lee was a lovely person — always up for a chat and a laugh. It’s hard to believe what happened. We are all horrified.”
The father of four added: “A lot of our workers are Muslim but never in over 30 years has there been any tension at all between them and the soldiers. Normally the soldiers are upbeat, but you can tell by their faces they’re very sad. His murder has hit them very hard.”
