A street-corner game for a Subway Series.
Go position by position, my team’s guys vs. your team’s guys. OK, we know baseball isn’t really played this way. But it’s not played with a rubber ball against the side of a school house either and we all spent a lot of our youth and too much of our arms engaged in stickball. So for the first of the two New York-New York showdowns this season, we take you on a tour around the diamond, a Circle Line so to speak of the Big Apple’s two teams. As with the city itself, you will probably find stuff that intrigues and surprises.
