WATCH: Jack Nicklaus’ grandson somehow walks away from horrific motorcycle crash

Florida State undoubtedly expects big things from junior tight end Nick O’Leary this coming season. But after a stunning video that was released Wednesday, it’s clear O’Leary is lucky to even be alive.

See for yourself.

O’Leary, the grandson of golfing legend Jack Nicklaus, was driving his motorcycle down a street in Tallahassee, Fla., in May when a Lexus pulled out in front of him. The violent collision immediate propelled O’Leary from the motorcycle and set him sliding some 75-100 feet, narrowly missing the bus from which this recording came, according to a report obtained by tomahawknation.com. The site also reported that O’Leary walked away from the accident, was treated for his injuries at a local hospital and left with no major injuries.

According to FOX Sports Florida, Seminoles head coach Jimbo Fisher said at the ACC Football Kickoff that O’Leary “was banged up for about a month,” but has since recovered.
