Ma eye on son-slay cop

A woman who got a $1.1 million settlement after the NYPD fatally shot her 18-year-old son in 1995 was back in court yesterday to see the shooter, a since-retired detective, get grilled over a 1991 incident in which white cops allegedly assaulted off-duty minority officers in a Manhattan bar.

Margarita Rosario said her son, Anthony, would be alive today if Patrick Brosnan, a former Rudy Giuliani bodyguard, had been taken off the streets for his alleged role in the racially charged brawl.

“I’m hoping he sees me and relives those moments — because he put 14 bullets in my son,” Rosario told reporters.

She had sued after a grand jury exonerated Brosnan and his partner over the fatal Bronx shooting, which took place during the course of a robbery.
