Jiggle joint Scores East is suing to keep the state’s hands off its liquor license in a desperate attempt to stay open.
Lawyers for Scores accused the city and the State Liquor Authority of a calculated attempt to drive the club out of business in violation of a legally protected right to showcase topless dancing.
SLA officials have announced their intent to revoke the license at Scores East because it has the same ownership as Scores West, whose booze permit was yanked last month after a police sting found staffers allegedly promoting prostitution.
The suit asks a federal judge in Manhattan to intervene.
