BUTT BOOTLEGGING BUST

Two Brooklyn bootleggers’ scheme to hawk tax-free cigarettes went up in smoke yesterday when cops pulled over their truck — and found 58,000 packs of Marlboros inside.

Marvin Whatley, 30, and his brother Marlon, 32, were arrested after cops discovered the haul — worth $580,000 on the street — in the truck on Ditmas Avenue in Flatbush.

The haul was made the same day as the city asked a federal judge to shut down eight shops on Long Island’s Poospatuck reservation, which it claims are flooding the city with illegal tax-free cigarettes.
