‘Kiddie-porn’ cop charged after surrendering to cops

An alleged perverted NYPD sergeant was was arraigned yesterday for hoarding sick sexual Skype videos and other kiddie porn on his laptop over a two year period.

Alberto Randazzo, 34, turned himself in on Monday after investigators executed a search warrant of his Toshiba laptop and found 23 files of pictures and videos that depicted “adult women” performing a sex act on “toddlers and children under the age of 16,” said Queens Assistant District Attorney Robert Alexander.

Internal Affairs Bureau investigators were tipped off and searched his apartment on Feb 15.

Randazzo was charged with use of a child in a sexual performance, promoting sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.

If convicted, the 15-year-veteran faces up to 15 years in prison.

Alexander requested $75,000 bail because of the “extreme” amount of evidence found from Randazzo’s personal laptop that dates back to October 2010.

Eleven of the cyber videos allegedly contained Randazzo’s voice given verbal instructions to the unknown female like, “talk dirty to him,” according to court documents.

“My client has surrendered and is cooperating with officials,” said Randazzo’s attorney Anthony Di Fiore, who was retained by his client’s parents.

Queens Criminal Court Judge Michelle Armstrong set bail at $40,000 bond.

Randazzo was suspended without pay.
