Girl Scout cookie hot line crumbles

There’s no merit to this solution at the Girl Scouts.

Two days after The Post reported this month about dissension within the ranks at the Girl Scout headquarters in Manhattan over the leadership of CEO Anna Maria Chavez — dubbed the “Cookie Monster” by some staffers — Chavez set up a “confidential” hot line for employees to air grievances.

But workers balked at calling the number.

“Having to leave your name and number on a recorded message is so outrageous,” a miffed employee said.
