The Los Angeles teen who asked Kate Upton to be his prom date may have been turned down by the busty cover girl, but he found another Sports Illustrated swimsuit model willing to accompany him to the big dance.
Jake Davidson made a YouTube video asking Upton to be his date that got 2.5 million views and even reached Upton herself. After saying she had to check her schedule, she turned him down.
But 17-year-old Davidson won’t be going to his prom alone. He’ll be accompanied tonight by Danish model Nina Agdal, 21, whom Sports Illustrated named “Rookie of the Year” last year, ABC News reports.
It’s unknown how Davidson and Agdal got paired up, but the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue isn’t the only thing Agdal has in common with Davidson’s first choice. Both models have sexy Carl’s Jr. ads.
Davidson and Agdal will also appear on an episode of “Inside Edition,” in which they each pick out their outfits for the big night.
