A Flatbush woman went berserk and burned her husband’s testicles after he dared to touch her leg while they were in bed, authorities said.

Herlande Michel-Exea, 37, and her husband, 40, were in their Beverly Road home at 1:10 a.m. Wednesday when he brushed up against her with his legs, law-enforcement sources said.

She allegedly grabbed a hair straightener and scorched his genitals.

He also suffered a gash to his nose while trying to wrest the iron from her hands, the sources said.

After he dialed 911, she made sure to meet the responding officers in the building’s lobby — to claim that he had hit her, the sources said.

But after hearing her husband’s side of the story and checking out his injuries, the cops slapped the handcuffs not on him but on her, the sources said.

She was charged with assault, menacing, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon.
