Amanda Bynes’ saga of self-destruction has finally made it to Broadway.

The train-wreck former TV star was hit with a felony rap last night after a wild encounter with police in which she hurled a bong from the window of her 34th-floor apartment on West 47th Street near Times Square.

The cops were called when her super complained that she was puffing on the pipe in the lobby, law-enforcement sources told The Post.

The 27-year-old actress allegedly threw the bong at about 7:40 p.m., while the officers interviewed her, the sources said. It didn’t hit anyone.

Bynes faces a felony count of tampering with evidence, along with charges of reckless endangerment and marijuana possession, sources said.

She was taken to Roosevelt Hospital for psychiatric observation before going to the Midtown North Precinct house.

She was walked out after midnight in shackles wearing a disheveled blond wig. She declined to answer questions.

That was a big change from the usual ranting the former star of Nickelodeon’s “The Amanda Show” has been doing on Twitter, including recently making a crude remark to the rapper Drake.

She was also arrested for DUI last year, and recently posted a topless pic of herself online.

Bynes’ neighbors told The Post she has been seen lambasting building workers.

“She was just yelling at the doorman as she was going up, but it was a few weeks ago,” one said.

Neighbor Steve J. said he saw Bynes wearing the blonde wig yesterday afternoon.

“I was sitting in the lobby while it was raining and this girl was wearing this crazy wig and old-school Nikes.”

The man said cops were searching a fifth floor terrace for the bong Bynes allegedly tossed.

Other neighbors said Bynes’ floor constantly reeked of marijuana.

One witness said she heard a woman yelling last night, “I’ve got nothing on me.”
