5 TEENS HIT WITH TAKE-OUT SLAY RAP

Five Queens teens were charged with murder today for allegedly killing a Chinese food deliveryman so they could steal some of the food he was carrying, cops said.

Stacy Royster, 18, Darryl Tyson, 17, James Stone, 16, and Jamel Murphy, 17, were charged in the brutal Friday night slaying. Police charged a fifth teen, a 14-year-old, as a juvenile, but did not release his name.

The victim, Liu Jin-Sheng, 44, was found dead of a head wound at about 11:48 p.m. near the Golden Wok restaurant in St. Albans. Police said he was hit in the head with a brick.

All that was taken in the robbery was some of the food Liu was delivering. He was still carrying cash he had collected on the night’s rounds, cops said.

Investigators said they traced the suspects through a phone call they had placed to the restaurant.
