Relaunch ‘pad’ for the Melos

Knicks superstar Carmelo Anthony and his wife La La are back together again — and are moving into an exclusive Museum Mile apartment, sources told The Post.

The duo inked the $29,000-a-month lease last week on a five-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment on Fifth Avenue at 102nd Street, sources said.

“The couple are in the process of moving in now,” a source said. “Although they were going through a rough patch, they have worked things out and have fully reconciled.”

It was revealed in January that they were living on separate coasts after Carmelo got into an on-court spat with the Celtics’ Kevin Garnett, who told the Knick his wife “tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios.”

The 4,022-square-foot luxury pad comes with sweeping Central Park views and 10-foot ceilings for the 6-foot-8 hoops star.

Listing broker Lisa Graham, of Core, declined to comment.

It’s owned by Bank of America exec Fares Noujaim, who bought it for $6.08 million as an investment, a source said.
