She needs a reality check.
Kim Kardashian showed up in Manhattan yesterday falling out of a nude-colored, sleeveless “baby doll” dress (above), tottering on sky-high matching stilettos — and she’s nearly six months pregnant!
The reality-TV star squeezed herself into the $2,995 belted number — by baby daddy Kanye West’s favorite designer, Lanvin — while making the morning talk-show rounds to promote an upcoming movie.
Although the star has been criticized recently for her terrible taste in maternity wear, New York fashion experts said this look crossed the line.
“The worst is when she’s wearing fitted waists, like a peplum dress or skirt. It’s just not something you do when you’re pregnant,’’ said stylist Sydne Summer.

Kardashian, 32, is clearly having problems accepting her new shape, Summer said.
“Any woman who defines herself with her sexuality, and her body changes [because of pregnancy], I think it’s difficult to deal with,’’ Summer said.
“She should let go of the ‘I need to show every part of my figure.’ ”
Kardashian is paid handsomely to make appearances and flaunt her famous curves. But high-profile moms say her sexy clothes aren’t fitting for a woman months away from the delivery room.
“I am all about promoting sexiness while being pregnant . . . [But] this dress is just a bit too revealing,” said Lyss Stern, founder of the Web site DivaMoms.com.
“What’s next? A Kardashian belly-bump belly shirt?”
Since becoming pregnant with her first child, due in July, no fashion statement has been off-limits for the already buxom, famously big-bottomed Kardashian.
Hours after her TV appearances, Kardashian was spotted shopping — in a super-tight, leather, mustard-colored dress and black stilettos at Curve in SoHo.
Joanna Douglas, senior fashion editor for Yahoo’s online style site, added, “She needs to embrace the moment’’ and dress for pregnancy.
“She can make better choices where she’s a little more comfortable,’’ Douglas said.
For footwear, the reality star prefers to step out in stilettos, which are tricky enough to balance on even when without child.
“I just bought my first pair of flats the other day. And I wore them,” Kardashian said on ABC’s “Live with Kelly and Michael.” “They are SO uncomfortable. Like, my heels are so comfortable.”
