The Twitter ‘fire me!’ ratings

A new Web site tracks tweets in which employees bad-mouth their bosses, and then publicly posts the rants and ranks the tweeters on how “fire-able’’ they are.

In the No. 1 spot on the FireMe! Web site is a tweet by niniofunky: “Please fire me. F–k my job.”

The site sends out automated warnings to the unhappy tweeters telling them they’re risking their jobs.

Tristan Morgan, 30, of Lincoln, Neb., who landed in the No. 2 spot with his posting, “F–k my job sucks,” said he wasn’t aware he was on the site until a Post reporter told him about it.

“But it makes sense,’’ he said. Still, it doesn’t matter — he’s already quit his job, he said.

The site allows people to put in their Twitter account and learn how close they are to being canned.

“Don’t blame me; instead get responsible,’’ the site says.
