Anthony Bourdain’s new CNN show got off to a promising start Sunday night.

Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown: Myanmar” snared nearly 750,000 total viewers and easily won the “money” demo of adults 25-54 (282,000 viewers), topping its 9 p.m. timeslot by a wide margin in that demo over Fox News Channel and MSNBC.

More cable: “BBQ Pitmasters,” which airs on Destination America, will be here this Saturday to shoot an episode at the New York City BBQ Cookoff, held at Historic Richmond Town in Staten Island. In the episode, which will air in the upcoming season (launching June 2), three BBQ teams will face off and try to impress judges Myron Mixon, Tuffy Stone and Melissa Cookston.

Destination America has also teamed with the Tunnel2Towers Foundation to launch an online raffle (starting tomorrow, April 17) where fans can buy tickets for a chance to win an original Myron Mixon Smoker used on the set of “BBQ Pitmasters” (the winner will be announced at a Tunnel2Towers event in early October).
