Manhattan Cops are looking for two thieves they say snatched a man’s chain at gunpoint in Washington Heights.

The duo committed the robbery at West 176th Street and Broadway at 5:40 p.m. on May 2.

A Hell’s Kitchen mom was busted for allegedly whipping her 3-year-old daughter with a belt.

Wakiyyah Arraoof, 25, repeatedly struck her daughter in their West 49th Street apartment near 10th Avenue at 7 p.m. Sunday, the DA’s Office said.

When the child went to school the next day, a teacher saw bruises on her leg and told authorities. Arraoof was arrested that day on charges of assault and child endangerment.

A 30-year-old man who admitted dating an underage girl was busted on rape and robbery charges after the pair got into a fight on the Upper East Side, authorities said yesterday.

Pablo Burgos claimed he started dating the girl when she was 15 and had sex with her several times last summer, sources said.

When the girl was 16, Burgos also had sex with her, but the two broke up about a month and a half ago, the DA’s Office said.

On Tuesday morning, Burgos allegedly approached the girl on East 88th Street at Second Avenue, tossed her against a wall, smacked her in the face and swiped her cellphone.

An off-duty officer called for backup and police grabbed Burgos.

Undercover cops busted an alleged pimp for running an illegal massage parlor on the Lower East Side and possessing methamphetamine pills, authorities said yesterday.

At about 7 p.m. Sunday, an undercover officer entered a Canal Street building near Allen Street, where he saw six hookers in the front room and a man, Steve Lee, 40, watching over them, the DA said.

Lee allegedly told the undercover he could get a massage for $50 and pay $30 to a woman of his choice for her services.

The officer signaled for backup and cops swooped down on Lee, who tried to hide 40 methamphetamine pills under a sofa cushion, sources said.

Staten Island A mugger robbed a woman at knifepoint in New Brighton as she cradled her 10-month-old tot and her 3-year-old child sat in a stroller nearby, authorities said yesterday.

Ernest Solon, 23, allegedly put a knife to the woman’s throat at Brighton Avenue and Kingsley Place at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

He then shoved her against a wall, threatened to stab her and removed $200 and a cellphone from her pockets, sources said.

A witness called 911 and gave police a description of Solon, sources said.

Police spotted Solon around the corner and he was charged with robbery.

The girlfriend of a suspected killer tried to bribe a witness not to testify against her beau at his trial, authorities said yesterday.

Janet Lajoe, 28, was busted Wednesday and charged with bribing a witness after the witness reported it to the District Attorney’s Office on May 3, according to a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

The witness, a 33-year-old woman, recently went to buy a meal at a KFC in Port Richmond but was confronted by Lajoe, who worked there, sources said.

Lajoe allegedly offered $2,500 to the witness in exchange for her agreeing not to testify against David Mitchell, 28.

Mitchell and his accomplice, Angel Irizarry, 19, are accused of fatally shooting Jeanette Degracia, 48, and wounding the witness in Mariners Harbor on Oct. 9.

The Bronx Police yesterday were searching for two men who fatally shot a man and critically wounded another in Soundview.

The suspects are described as thin and 25 to 27 years old. One sports a neck tattoo of Jesus.

They shot Courtney Jones, 40, in the head in the hallway of a Noble Avenue building near Watson Avenue at 2:42 p.m. on May 10, sources said.

The pair then shot a man outside the building. Both victims were rushed to Jacobi Hospital, where Jones died and the other man was in critical condition.

Cops collared a woman on drug charges after executing a search warrant at her University Heights apartment, police sources said yesterday.

At 6:20 a.m. Wednesday, Bronx Gang Squad officers entered the West 182nd Street apartment near Aqueduct Avenue East, where they found Katharine Reyes, 26, with nine bags of cocaine and a large bag of pot, authorities said.

Queens A thief was arrested in Rosedale after stealing a bus on Long Island, authorities said yesterday.

Hervey Jasmine, 20, noticed an unattended International Harvester “party” bus running with its keys in the ignition at an undisclosed Suffolk County location at 4 a.m. Monday, sources said.

Cops grabbed Jasmine at 128th Avenue and Hook Creek Boulevard.

A spokeswoman for DA Richard Brown said Jasmine was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving by unlicensed operator.

A firefighter was arrested in Far Rockaway after he was caught driving drunk, police said.

Frank Ocello, 40, who was off-duty, was pulled over at 4 p.m. yesterday at the intersection of Beach Channel Drive and Seaside Avenue . He was charged with DWI.

A woman was found suffocated her Fort Greene apartment yesterday.

The 48-year-old victim, whose name was withheld pending family notification, was found at noon with a plastic bag over her head.
