JUDGE SLAMS COP-PROBE DA

A judge yesterday dismissed a perjury indictment against an NYPD lieutenant – and issued a stinging rebuke to the Brooklyn DA’s Office for botching the corruption probe that originally nailed him.

“The DA’s actions have been as frightening as they have been outrageous,” said Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Robert Holdman, who dropped the last remaining criminal charges against Lt. Stephen Wong, 37.

Wong was arrested, along with two other cops, in April 2006 for allegedly covering up a flawed prostitution raid by breaking into a Sunset Park massage parlor so that Wong and his police buddies could swipe surveillance tapes that showed them conducting an improper raid.

Last week, prosecutors admitted they could not produce an unedited copy of the disputed surveillance tape.
