How much time do you spend on the Web during the workday? Not that much, because everyone can see my computer. I’d say an hour.

What site is your favorite time-waster? Definitely PerezHilton.com. A few of my co-workers are addicted to Takeareport.com.

Does your company have an Internet-use policy? As far as a written policy, not that I’m aware of. But we’ve been told not to use the Internet.

Is there any monitoring or blocking? Not here, but my old job monitored everyone’s Internet usage.

Have they ever fired anyone for Internet activity? There was one guy who was running a porn Web site from the company’s server. He was caught when they traced the extra broadband usage to his computer. He ended up getting fired.

What site is your favorite time-waster? ESPN.com. My co-workers read a lot of blogs, like Gawker, or shop on Amazon.

Has your company ever fired anyone for Internet activity? No, but at my old job, people were busted for looking at porn sites.
