PEEK AT HOCKEY-MOM ‘PARTY GAL’

Meet the Rockland County hockey mom accused of helping teens score booze, drugs and possibly more.

Beth Modica, 44, who allegedly threw wild pool parties in her Sloatsburg backyard, offering high-school students beer and marijuana, looked away and refused to answer questions outside a relative’s home yesterday.

Sources said the married mother of four may have also engaged in sexual activity with teens as young as 16.

Modica will be arraigned Tuesday after an indictment is unsealed, according to a spokeswoman for the Rockland district attorney.

The spokeswoman wouldn’t elaborate, but sources said Modica is being sent to the penalty box for alleged inappropriate behavior committed with teammates on her 16-year-old son’s Suffern HS hockey squad.

Furious parents of teens on the team reacted angrily to those accusations yesterday, with one saying, “That is totally wrong. The hockey team is full of good kids.”

Modica’s husband refused to comment yesterday.
