HEIR WAR FOR BRAZILIAN BAZILLIONS

Two Brazilian brothers say their New York socialite stepmother cut them out of Dad’s $10 million estate.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Alexandre and Bruno Klabin charge Simone Borensztajn Klabin has been selling off their late father Paulo’s belongings and keeping all the cash, even though they’re entitled to 20 percent.

The wicked stepmom has “taken exclusive possession of the assets,” says the suit. She could not be reached for comment.

She married Paulo, an art and furniture collector and gallery owner, in 1994, two years after he divorced Alexandre and Bruno’s mother. Paulo and the blond beauty had two kids and bought a townhouse on East 62nd Street.

They separated in 2005, shortly before Paulo became “seriously ill,” the suit says. He moved back to Rio, and while he “was terminally ill in a hospital in Brazil,” his wife allegedly used a power of attorney to strike a deal to sell their home for $8 million. He died soon after.

Since that time, the wife has been getting rid of his art collection, furniture and even his Bentley, the suit says.
