RIKERS GUARD ‘THREATENS’ COP WHO GAVE HER TICKET

A city jailer flew off the handle during a Bronx traffic-court hearing, railing at a cop who had slapped her with a ticket and threatening to shoot the officer if they crossed paths again, sources said yesterday.

“The next time you pull me over with your gun, there’s going to be a shootout,” Donna Ashe, a seven-year Department of Correction veteran, allegedly snarled during the hearing Monday.

Ashe, who was promoted to captain in September and is assigned to the Anna M. Kross Center at Rikers Island, was in uniform as she allegedly spewed at Officer David Martinez.

The cop, who works in the 45th Precinct, reported the incident to police brass, who referred the case to correction officials.

It was not clear why Martinez stopped Ashe, who may face disciplinary or criminal charges, but she was later found guilty of the traffic infraction, sources said.
