A Park Avenue resident was shoved against a building near his home and robbed by a mugger claiming to be a cop, police said yesterday.
“He said, ‘I’m a police officer, what do you have on you?’ ” said a police source. After telling the man, Christopher Irwin, 36, to “Get up against the wall,” he snatched $440 and his driver’s license at 3:15 a.m. Sunday near East 90th Street.
