CHECK OUT RIHANNA’S GAT-TOO

Rihanna now has a violent side — her right rib cage, to be exact.

In just seven weeks since being beaten allegedly by boyfriend Chris Brown, the “Umbrella” singer has gone from cherubic sweetheart to the face of domestic violence — replete with a gat tat under her arm.

Rihanna wasn’t planning on getting a tattoo last week, when she flew her personal New York-based tattoo artist, Keith “BangBang” McCurdy, to Los Angeles to do a job on a friend.

But while McCurdy was there, they pulled the trigger on a plan for a tattoo to match a gun-shaped pendant Rihanna wears.

McCurdy said he didn’t believe the gun had any hidden meaning.

“I didn’t press her on it, we didn’t talk about,” he told The Post at his East Side Ink tattoo parlor.

“But she seems really happy.”

McCurdy originally drew gun outlines on the front of Rihanna’s shoulders before they thought better of it.

“You’re so pretty, maybe it’ll take away from your face,” he recalled telling the songbird.

McCurdy, 23, first met Rihanna, 21, two years ago through a mutual friend.

McCurdy has inked four other discreet tattoos on Rihanna — a Sanskrit poem on her hip, stars on the back of her neck, a “Shhh” on a finger and the roman numerals of a friend’s birthday on top of her shoulder.

“She’s the coolest person you’ll ever meet. She’s really awesome, super sweet and very down to earth,” McCurdy said.

The tattoo artist said he was still struggling to understand what happened Feb. 8, when Brown allegedly assaulted her.

“Honestly, I still have trouble believing it. Chris seemed like a really cool, nice guy,” McCurdy said. “I didn’t ask her, I didn’t press her, he wasn’t there.”
