NEW YORK DOES LA

NEW York is going Hollywood.

Tiffany Pollard, aka New York, the girl who first got noticed as an outspoken and outrageous contestant on the VH1 hit “Flavor of Love,” will begin filming her fourth reality series in two weeks. It will be called “New York Loves Hollywood.”

On the show, Pollard will move to LA for one month and try to develop her career as an actress.

The latest installment in Pollard’s reality career has, at least for the moment, hit a bit of a bump.

Producers are having a hard time “casting” someone to play her manager on the show, and several celebrities who have been approached to make cameo appearances have said no, according to sources close to the situation.

The person who would play her manager has to actually be someone with management experience – and so far the search for someone willing to appear on the show in that role has been unsuccessful.

Her most recent show, “I Love New York 2,” was the second season spinoff of “Flavor of Love” in which she met her current fiancé, Tailor Made, a Queens fashion industry executive whose real name is George Weisgerber.

Weisgerber is not expected to appear in the new show, although the couple is still together and very much in love, a friend of Weisgerber told The Post.

VH1 is expected to reveal more details about the newest “New York” reality show today.

On “I Love New York,” a group of guys are all given funky nicknames as they compete to win the heart of Pollard, an actress from upstate New York.

Pollard, who was dubbed New York by rapper Flavor Flav when she first appeared as a contestant on his VH1 dating show, “Flavor of Love,” two years ago, has been dumped three times on TV.

The first time Flav snubbed her in favor of another girl in his first-season finale – then he did it again the following season when she was brought back for a second chance.

Then, last year, Tiffany was “shocked” during the reunion special for her show, “I Love New York,” when Tango, a rapper from Florida who she chose to be her mate, suddenly broke up with her in front of the cameras.

Following “I Love New York 2,” Pollard moved in with Weisgerber and his 12-year-old daughter Asia shortly after taping for the show was completed last summer.
