LOHAN GRANNY HURT IN CRASH

Lindsay Lohan’s grandmother suffered minor injuries yesterday afternoon when she drove her car into a tree and a pole on Long Island, her son, told The Post.

Marilyn Lohan, 67, was returning from a visit to her cancer-stricken husband, Richard, in North Shore Hospital at about 2:15 p.m. Heading to a family dinner at the Huntington Country Club, she swerved to avoid an oncoming speeding car in Woodbury, her son, Michael, said.

She was airlifted to Nassau University Hospital, where she was treated and released.

Her son, a 47-year-old newly born-again Christian, pronounced his mother’s survival an “Easter Miracle.”

“Jesus kept her out of the grave today,” he said.

The former investment banker, who is Lindsay’s dad, survived a Long Island crash of his own in February 2005 when, according to police, he drunkenly slammed a friend’s car into a utility pole.
