New York would combine resources with other cities to find innovative ways to help the poor, Mayor Bloomberg said yesterday.
Members of the Cities of Financial Empowerment include San Francisco, Miami, San Antonio, Savannah and Seattle.
“By joining forces, our cities will . . . strengthen our voice on Capitol Hill,” Bloomberg said.
