A former member of The Ramones got drummed out of federal court as a judge pulled the plug on his $900,000 lawsuit over rights to songs he allegedly wrote for the legendary punk band.
Richard “Richie Ramone” Reinhardt, who played drums for the seminal punk band from 1983 to 1987, claimed his bandmates ripped off the rights to songs that he wrote.
