The incestuous Austrian man who locked his daughter in a dungeon and fathered her seven children may have preyed on a second sex slave in the cellar: his teenaged granddaughter, cops suspect.
Cops fear Josef Fritzl, 73, may have raped Kerstin, 19, because he no longer found her mother, Elisabeth, 42, attractive, according to London’s Daily Mail.
When Elisabeth was rescued she was gray from her horrific 24-year ordeal and looked like she aged “far beyond her years,” the newspaper said.
Detectives have been unable to interview Kerstin because she is in an induced coma after suffering multiple organ failure.
The doctor treating Kerstin said that her condition is still “grave,” but her life is no longer in danger.
“She has become more stable, but despite that we have to continue to keep her under sedation and give her respiratory help,” the Daily Mail quoted Dr. Albert Reiter as saying.
Fritzl’s depraved double life came to light in April when he brought Kerstin to a hospital in Amstetten.
