BRO BOOK: SHE’S ALL ME-DONNA

Madonna’s first – and only – true love is herself, her dirt-dishing brother claims in a new tell-all about his famous sibling.

In “Life with My Sister Madonna,” Christopher Ciccone, the Material Girl’s younger brother and once-close confidant, says his famous sis loves her hubby, Guy Ritchie, but her own needs will always come first.

His sister, writes Ciccone, is a self-absorbed, bossy control freak who insists that “life must be lived by her rules.”

Still, Ciccone, 47, believes there is hope for Madonna’s reportedly on-the-rocks marriage.

She and Ritchie are “passionately committed” to staying wed with the help of kabbalah, the mystical form of Judaism that counts Madonna as its most famous disciple, he writes.

“I hope that is kabbalah’s mission, that she is not the center of the universe,” Ciccone writes in the 342-page book, which is slated to hit shelves next week.

Rumors that the Ritchie relationship is on the verge of ending hit a crescendo last week, when Madonna was linked to the breakup of Yankee star Alex Rodriguez’s marriage to wife Cynthia.

A-Rod reportedly has been paying late-night visits to Madonna’s Central Park West apartment.

She is said to have introduced him to kabbalah, and pals said Cynthia believes her hubby has been “brainwashed” by the Material Girl.

Ciccone says that he and his sister are no longer close – and that her relationship with Ritchie sounded “the death knell” to the siblings’ once-solid bond.

Madonna finds it “very upsetting” that her brother decided to pen the book, said her rep, Liz Rosenberg.
